At Tarot Reader Sheena, we value your time and strive to provide meaningful and insightful sessions. Please read the following refund and rescheduling policy carefully:
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.
Rescheduling
- Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling request made after this period may not be accommodated.
- Only one-time rescheduling per booking is allowed.
No-Shows
- Failure to attend the session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
